There have been some interesting trends in the market. Seems like all the soothsayers were right. People are being asked not to go back to work; “working from home” is the new normal. This comes with consequences though. Companies are asking employees to take a pay cut when the individual is actually paying more in electricity and internet costs.

Companies are shifting the burden of expenses to employees while reducing their income. And people don’t have a choice. There’s always the next guy who’s willing to do the same job and take the deal. I don’t understand how this is sustainable. Consumer spending drives the economy and without it, the burden is shifted on the Government. Seems like we’re playing russian roulette!!
