The Question to Ask Yourself
A great way to keep your focus and live a purposeful life
Do you feel like your life is all over the place?
Do you feel like you’re always tired and you’re stretched too thin?
Do you feel like, no matter how much you do, you never feel like you’re moving ahead with your life goals?
You’re not alone. That’s a comforting fact.
But that’s not enough. Eventually, how you’re feeling will lead to burnout, unless you’re already there.
Most of us have this issue. We feel like we sat down at the beginning of the year and put our set of goals together. But, we’re in September now, and we’ve hardly followed through on most of them.
We feel like time escapes us, and before we know it, we’re starting January again, and we haven’t really achieved what we’ve wanted to achieve.
Goals by any other name
First off, let’s start with the goals. I know that the only way to set goals is to make them S.M.A.R.T. — Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. Or so we were told.
