The past 2 years feels like a sleepwalk. It seems as though we’re just putting one foot in front of the other and getting through the day. Work is on, work is off. Covid waves are coming and subsiding. And all the while, we’re living in a mental state of confusion and stress.

Whether we’d like to admit it or not, this entire pandemic has been one big headache.

From the simple act of trying to be safe, to whether we’re going to get sick to the ultimate sadness of losing someone you love… it’s been one scary ride that doesn’t seem to end.

What most people like to say… Life goes on. Yes, true it does but does it have to go on like this? Shrugging our shoulders and admitting that this is what life will be like is not my idea of living.

For the past two years we have been stressed, distracted and… become jaded.

This has to stop.

Going Back to Basics

The only way to find yourself is to go back to the basics.
