Lukewarm is No Good

For as long as I can remember, this is how I have felt. I don’t like doing things half-heartedly.
I’ve always thought if anything is worth doing, it’s worth doing with passion and with fierce energy.
Of course, there are times when you feel that you don’t have the motivation or the energy to give it your all. That just means that you’re not passionate about what you’re doing.
There are dull, routine things in life that we have to get through and get done. And that’s completely understandable but, for everything else there should be a drive to want to do it well.
I have never treated a job as just another job. The day I started feeling that way, I realized that it was time to quit. I realized that if someone like me, who was so passionate about things that I do didn’t have it in me to work another day in that place, then it was definitely time to leave.
