How old is too old to adopt a new set of skills?

The latest on career development is that we people will need a whole new set of skills for the future job market — coding, machine learning and various other tech skills.

So what about someone who’s in the middle of their career. This is what I hear — “I’m too old to learning these things now”. I’m sure a lot of us have doubts about our skills and whether we’re becoming obsolete. It would seem that computers will be doing our jobs in the next 10 years. But, that does that really mean that we can’t adapt and stay relevant.

But, it’s never too late to learn.
